1. General
These terms govern your interaction with Frozen Summers and all known and unknown aliases, the websites FrozenSummers.com & ChaotiMusic.com and all related entities and individuals (the "Man") as required.

2. Modification
The Man reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time, effective immediately. We suggest that you check these terms periodically for changes, but be aware that all changes might not be updated immediately.

3. Privacy
All data collected about you by the Man is able to be used in anyway by the  Man, or any third party entities the Man deems worthy.

4. Use of Content
You acknowledge that all communications and interactions, whether digital or analogue with the Man may be recorded in any and all media. All copyrights in perpetuity through this universe and all parallel universes or dimensions to such interactions are granted to the Man, unless you expressly state in writing that you have other previously signed contracts to which you must adhere. General warnings against any and all uses of this content are declared null and void.

5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Man and its employees, officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers and licensors, to the fullest extent lawful, from and against all loss, liability, claim, damage, cost, judgment, penalty and expense (including attorneys' fees), promptly as incurred, directly or indirectly based upon, or arising out of or in connection with (1) your violation of the Terms or (2) any use or alleged use of the Service under your password by you or any person, whether or not authorised by you. The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with the Man's defence of such claim and to reimburse the Company for the costs and expenses of such defence.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The service and the content are distributed on an "as is, as available" basis. Neither the Man nor any related entity, nor any of their respective agents (i) warrants that the service will be uninterrupted or error free; (ii) makes any warranty as to the results to be obtained from use of the Service or the Content, (iii) makes any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of mer­chantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the service, any content or any products or services sold through the service or (iv) warrants that any files available for downloading through the Service will be free of viruses or similar contamination or destructive features. You expressly agree that the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Service and solely you assume the accuracy or completeness of the Content.

Neither the Man nor any related entity, nor any of their respective agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, the liability of the Company, third party content providers, or their respective agents shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. 

7. Miscellaneous
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce these Terms in that juristiction. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof. The rights and obligations provided herein may not be assigned or delegated. If any inconsistency exists between the terms of these Terms and any additional terms and conditions posted on the Service, such terms shall be interpreted as to eliminate any inconsistency, if possible, and otherwise, these terms and conditions shall control.
